Founded in 2023 by Shannon and Amanda, The Tutor Team was born from a shared passion for helping students succeed. With more than a decade of experience in education, tutoring, and educational leadership, they have worked in classrooms, school districts, universities, and one-on-one learning environments. Throughout their careers, they recognized that every student learns differently and that meaningful academic growth happens when instruction is personalized, encouraging, and built on strong relationships. Their vision was to create a tutoring company that combines the convenience of online learning with the individualized support and personal connection families deserve.
